Daddis Yoga


Our Mixed Martial Arts Program allows you to come to all Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, all Jiu-Jitsu classes, all Submission Grappling classes and MMA classes.

Our MMA curriculum consists of a hybrid form of martial arts, which utilizes Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Submission Grappling, Russian Sambo, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Boxing, the proper way to strike from the ground as well as the most effective techniques from other styles of fighting. For “no rules” scenarios, we have to be adept at everything. There are 4 major ranges of fighting… punching and kicking range, clinching range and on the ground. Our MMA program covers every range and every possible scenario from each.

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling and Muay Thai Kickboxing all compliment each other perfectly to create this well rounded art and program. The program is best for “no rules” competition because of the no-nonsense style employed and because it is effective and proven to work!!! Daddis Fight Camps Fighters are a testament to strength of the curriclum through their wins inside the cage and in the ring. Daddis Fight Camps have produced champions at the highest levels of the sport.

Muay Thai Kickboxing is known as “the art of eight limbs.” This is because the art utilizes one’s hands, elbows, knees and feet in devastating fashion. The national sport of Thailand, it’s popularity has spread throughout the world after proving itself in the ring time and time again. Muay Thai is commonly seen in events such as The K-1 Fighting championships. But for centuries the art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) has been the most effective stand-up combat art in the world and its fighters unrivaled in the ring. Hundreds of thousands of fans can attest to the power and fury a Thai Boxer can unleash on his or her opponent.

Daddis Fight Camps go beyond the mental and physical conditioning of training and deliver a look at Thai culture. The importance of understanding the heritage and philosophy is equally as important as developing well rounded fighting skills. It is fascinating. Beginning with the first Ultimate Fighting Championships in 1993, martial artists of all different styles, backgrounds, and weight classes were able to pit their skills against each other in the ring. It was a rude awakening for many. A horde of martial artists who considered themselves invincible were soon tapping out. Every BJJ class includes dynamic and fun exercises that will boost your metabolism, help you build strength and endurance, gain flexibility and shoot your cardio through the roof! About the Founder: 

Brad Daddis 

Brad opened the Academies with the goal of having the best martial arts instruction in the region. Bringing in the best instruction from all over, he feels that he has accomplished that. He is a Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and a Pan American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competitor. Brad’s first Muay Thai Kru (Instructor) Certification was from Fairtex Muay Thai in 2002. Brad is one of the few U.S. instructors certified by the legacy Fairtex Muay Thai Combat Sports Camp under the late Alex Gong, Jongsanan Fairtex, Enn Fairtex, Bunkerd Fairtex and Dr. Knee, Ganyao Fairtex. He is also the only Fairtex Certified Muay Thai Kickboxing instructor in region. Brad is a San Shou Kickboxing Champion as well. He is a proud Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Jared Weiner.

Brad began martial arts training at the age of 5 and received his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do by the age of 15. Since the age of 15, Brad trained in just about every traditional martial art imaginable…from Judo to Aikido, Karate to Krav Maga, he’s had a taste of it all.

Brad is a certified Yoga instructor and a certified Kettlebell Instructor. Brad is also working towards his certification as a mental sports coach as well. Sports Psychology is the missing link in the martial arts, so Brad makes sure to cover this area in the curriculum. Brad is also a certified Muay Thai Referee by the MTIA (Muay Thai International Association). Brad is always on top of the ever evolving martial arts and enjoys cross training with the best teams in the world including Team Quest, Chute Boxe, Team Miletich, and more.

Brad also trains the Philadelphia Police Department as well as other Law Enforcement Agencies. He’s trained Air Force Cadets Hand To Hand Combat to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to active soldiers and special operators as well. He is trained in Tactical Armed and unarmed Combat from Tactical Response Inc., as well as a real, up to the minute, proper self-protection “mindset” from the Army Ranger Instructors, retired SEAL and the Special Operations Forces whom have been on the most recent battlefields across the world. His tactical training alongside our military’s finest continues whether he is training at Blackwater USA, The Sig Sauer Academy and some of the other finest tactical institutions in the world. Brad was honored to have received a flattering letter of recommendation to Navy SEAL BUD’s training from Ret. Navy SEAL Senior Cheif Don Shipely after an arduous course that included helo-casting, night time mission specific operations, zodiac insertions and extractions with long range rubber raiding craft boat transit, miles of swimming in unforgiving cold weather and heavy ocean seas under the cover of darkness to his objectives, sniper training from helicopters, tactical rappelling, dangerous surf passage, dynamic combat weapons training, fast roping, hydro-recon and more. Brad’s actions were considered particularly “noteworthy and above reproach” by the SEAL Cadre/Instructors as noted in his letter of recommendation.

Brad is also a certified Commando Krav Maga instructor. Commando Krav Maga is reality based system used by The Israeli Defense Forces. Anything he learns from the physical to mental techniques that are applicable or beneficial to martial arts training (which is a lot), Brad directly adds to Daddis Mixed Martial Arts curriculum .  

He has been featured in numerous magazines and books such as “Ultimate Sparring” and “Philadelphia Style”. You can also see Brad on television, on Comcast’s On Demand teaching Self-Defense and in a recent commercial for the History Channel’s “Fight Science” special on Mixed Martial Arts.

Brad is most proud of the champions he builds with the help of the remarkable staff at each of his Daddis Fight Camps. His students have gone on to become champions in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. That remains his number one goal, to build and breed champions.

He is a NAGA Champion, a North East Grappling Champion and U.S. Grappling Champion.

He is a Certified Miletich Fighting Systems MMA instructor directly under Pat Miletch, former Ultimate Fighting “Welter Weight Champion” and coach to more UFC champions than any other coach to date.

Brad has multiple Muay Thai certifications, including his latest Kru (instructor) certification from The Muay Thai International Association under Master Toddy. Our training centers are official members of the Muay Thai International Association headed by Grandmaster Thosaphon Sitawatjana (Master Toddy), recognized by the Thai government. Many may recognize Master Toddy from his TV appearances including “Fight Girls” on the Oxygen Channel or from MTV’s “I Want To Be A Muay Thai Fighter” Documentary.

Brad is the author of the DVD series, “The Boxing Blueprint For MMA”

Brad does not neglect the “Sweet Science” of Boxing either. The concept of hitting while not getting hit is important to him and so he’s trained Boxing under the likes of 96′ Boxing Olympian John Douglas (out of the world famous Gleasons Gym in Brooklyn). As well as Hector Roca (once a trainer to the late Arturo Gatti and the trainer of the original “Million Dollar Baby”. He also trained Hillary Swank for the movie). And, last but not least, the coach to one of the best boxers who ever lived, Manny Pacquiao, coach Freddie Roach at the famed Wild Card Boxing Gym which is widely recognized as the best boxing gym in the world.

Brad Daddis also is the president of The New Jersey Grappling Championships ( which brings in some of the finest grappling competitors in the world.

Brad was diagnosed with severe asthma as a child that he still battles with it till this day. Doctors told him it would be unlikely for him to be able to participate in sports, never mind compete in any form of athletics. He proved the doctors wrong and believes the asthma helped instill a “never give up” attitude with in himself. Although it can make training difficult, Brad believes that we all have our handicaps and that we must fight through them, mentally and physically. He instills this same attitude in his students.

Brad is a graduate of the elite SEALFit Academy in Encinitas, CA. Under the founder, Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine, Brad was able to perform the full spectrum of SEALFIT’s physical training and SEALFit’s “Unbeatable Mind” training was etched into all at the Academy.
